Cancellation Conditions
1.1 Order Cancellation:
You can cancel your order before the product is shipped. Please contact our customer service at hellousa@atelierbabbi.com to request a cancellation.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled, but they can be returned.
Return Conditions
2.1 Return Period:
You can return your products within 14 days from the date you received them.
2.2 Return Conditions:
Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
The original invoice or order number must be included with the returned products.
2.3 Non-Returnable Items:
Baby bedding and crib sheet sets that have been removed from their original packaging, as well as baby clothing items that have been worn, washed, or used, are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Process
3.1 Return Request:
Please contact our customer service at hellousa@atelierbabbi.com to request a return.
Once your return request is approved, send the products to the specified address.
3.2 Return Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, return shipping costs for defective or faulty products will be covered by us.
3.3 Refunds:
Refunds for returned products will be processed within 14 business days after we receive the products and will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchange Conditions
4.1 Product Exchange:
Product exchanges are only available for defective or faulty products. Please contact our customer service at hellousa@atelierbabbi.com for exchanges.
